200

Why it matters
We aim to provide the key, building that network between organisation and volunteer in a way that's sustainable and worthwhile for both parties.
Our volunteers are matched with an organisation that suits them, and causes they can be passionate about.
With a focus on finding the perfect fit and increasing awareness of their cause.
Projects, community work, courses you can engage with and causes that matter to you.

Case studies
Challenge: Demand and donations both spiked, and the pantry needed reliable extra hands - not just willing ones.
What we did: Grouped student volunteers into manageable weekend teams and signposted basic food-handling training.
Outcome: The charity got dependable cover; volunteers got real experience they could talk about in an application.
Challenge: A community garden wanted environmentally-minded volunteers but had no structured way to onboard them.
What we did: Built a simple pathway - intro sessions, recurring slots, a few reflective prompts along the way.
Outcome: The project kept its continuity; volunteers saw the line connecting service, confidence and employability.
Challenge: Plenty of people wanted to help but assumed they lacked the right experience.
What we did: Beginner-friendly roles, clear expectations, and a real person to talk to for support from beginning to end.
Outcome: More volunteers stayed, because the first step finally felt doable.
